Policies and Shipping

Processing and Shipping:

Your order is packaged with care and will be shipped from Portland, Oregon, via USPS. All in-stock products typically ship within 2-3 business days once you’ve placed your order.

We will ship orders to the address you indicate upon checkout. Once an order has been placed, we cannot edit or change your shipping address. We encourage customers to double check all shipping and billing information before checking out. Generally, USPS does not guarantee a delivery timeframe. All shipments in the United States typically take 2-4 business days from the date the package is received by the postal carrier.

We are here to help if a shipment is lost or damaged. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at hello@onceuponalifejournals.com. You can find additional information in the Returns, Refunds and Exchanges section below.

Confirmation and Tracking:

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted. This might take up to 24 hours. If you don’t receive an email, please contact our team at hello@onceuponalifejournals.com.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email followed by an email with tracking information. Your Once Upon a Life™ journal will be on its way soon!

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:

Problems with your order? While all sales are final, we always want to make sure your product is exactly what you ordered. If your order arrives damaged or there appears to be a mistake, please email our customer care team at hello@onceuponalifejournals.com. Include your name, order number, and the nature of the issue. If your product is damaged or defective, please attach a photo.

For damaged or incorrect orders, we provide a pre-created shipping label for easy returns. We are happy to send you the correct product if current stock allows. For any out-of-stock replacement products, you’ll receive your replacement item as soon as we have more in stock.

We cannot process a return for damages or mistakes if the product has been written in or used. In addition, please understand that shipping and handling fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments, refused shipments, order cancellations, or returns/exchanges.

Finally, we try to process each order quickly. Your credit card will not be billed until the order has been processed. Please note we are unable to process cancellations or exchanges once your product has shipped.

International Orders:

We only ship within the United States at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience!
